The goal of the Liberty Wings (aka Wings at Liberty) website is to provide helpful resources to people interested in flight training birds.

Our Focus:

The focus of this site is on parrots but much of what is here will apply to other species as well.

Our collection of articles on flight training covers a variety of issues involved with training parrots to safely fly outdoors. We are currently developing Power Point Presentations, a Flight Training DVD, and hands-on programs for on-site one-on-one training with experienced bird trainers.

Our Facilities:

Our facilities are located in some of the most spectacular landscape in the country. Moab, Utah and Whidbey Island, Washington, are where we house, train and fly our own birds and on occasion bring people out to train with us.
